Communication
Communication is so important at Yellow Stage Door. The fastest way to communicate is through email or the Band app.

Band App: All parents will need to download the app called BAND. You will then be invited to the appropriate Band groups/classes via text. Important dates, updates on classes, videos, and quick questions you may have can all be communicated through the Band app with just a quick text.
Membership Payments
Membership payments are due by the 1st of each month. Payment information can be saved on the studio portal for automatic payments.
Tuition includes no classes during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Spring Break.
All students must be registered with a signed waiver through our studio portal on our website www.yellowstagedoor.com. You will be asked to provide payment information that will be saved on your account.
Upon arrival
The home studio address will be given prior to your 1st day of class or trial class. Please arrive early. No need to ring the doorbell, the front door will be unlocked, and you may welcome yourself in. If there is a class before yours, you may wait in our front living room until the other class has cleared the studio. If you arrive late to class, please enter through the front door and meet us downstairs in the studio.
Drop off/Pick up
Be kind with other cars on our street. Please be cautious as students come in and out of their cars and my home. We kindly ask not to park on our driveway, and to not block our driveway.
Parents typically drop off students for class. You’re always welcome to walk them to the door and pick them up at the door or home entryway.

Please remember:
-2 pieces MUST always cover your stomach area.
-Jean pants and jean shorts are NOT allowed.
-Hair MUST be always pulled back in a ponytail or bun
Studio Behavior
-Please DO NOT touch the mirrors in the studio, or the treadmill.
-Please DO NOT hang from the Ballet barres.
-Listen and be respectful of your instructor.
-Please arrive in appropriate attire & shoes. Please NO jeans.
-Hair must be pulled back in a bun or ponytail.
-Please NO gum chewing.
-Please be respectful of other students and others’ personal space.
-Always thank your teacher at the end of class.
-Always be kind, do your best, & have FUN!
Water
Your dancer is welcome to bring their own water. Water will not be provided in the studio. Please, no other food allowed in the studio. Thank you!
Absences
If your child will not be attending a class, please let us know before their class by emailing us at info@yellowstagedoor.com or contacting us through their class Band App.

Withdrawing a Class
If your child needs to withdraw from a class, you must notify info@yellowstagedoor.com by the 20th of the month and your account will not be charged the next month.
No refunds
There are no refunds on membership dues or any portion of the membership dues.
